Return and Refund Policy

No returns accepted without a Return Authorization Number, no exceptions.

All return requests musts be made by calling the Artisan Gallery at 484.968.3103 within 10 days of receiving the item.

All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee and except in the case of items damaged in shipping, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.  Refunds will be made only once the item is received.

If items are damaged in shipping - you will be asked to email a time stamped picture showing the opened package and the damaged item to artisanshop@engagearts.com. Insurance will be included on all items to cover shipping damages and will be the only acceptable reason for returns.
