By participating at Engage Art Studio, you agree to the following...
Waiver: I hereby release and hold harmless Engage Art Studio; its directors and employees from any and all claims, causes of action, suits or liability, costs, and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of, or in connection with, any loss, personal injury, death, or other damage that I (or my child) may incur or suffer by reason or as a result of my enrollment or participation in classes, events, or private lessons with Engage Art Studios responsible for my involvement. I expressly assume all risk. I understand that Engage Art Studio may record my or my child's participation at any time on video or photograph. I grant Engage Art Studio unlimited use of any such recordings with no obligation to me. Such recordings are the sole property of Engage Art Studio. I understand that if I do not want pictures of myself/my child to be uploaded to Engage Art Studio's social media, I must notify my/my child's teacher prior to engaging in studio activities. I also understand that myself/my child may accidentally be photographed and that by contacting Engage Art Studio via email, the photo will be taken down upon request. *
