Return and Refund Policy

Since all of our items are unique, some being sold on behalf of artisans and some sold by the Engage Gallery owner, we cannot provide total satisfaction guarantees. Please note which vendor you purchased from in the event you have a need to discuss a return with them. We try to provide business cards for the vendor items purchased. Insurance will be included on all items to cover shipping damages and will be the only acceptable reason for returns.
